Zusammenfassung
Ein bekanntes Modell der prophylaktischen Instandhaltung (Blockerneuerung mit minimaler Instandsetzung bei Systemausfall) wird durch zustandsabhängige Instandsetzungen erweitert, deren Wirkung durch den Kontrollwirkungsgrad beschreibbar ist. Als Optimierungsziel dienen wahlweise die zeitliche Verfügbarkeit oder die Verfügbarkeitskosten je Zeiteinheit. Terminvarianten erlauben eine Prognose des Systemverhaltens bei Abweichungen vom optimalen Zyklus.
Abstract
A known model of preventive maintenance (block replacement with minimal repair) is extended by condition based maintenance, whose effectiveness can be determined by means of the control efficiency. Aim of optimization is optionally the temporal availability or the cost of availability in unit of time. Versions of date allow prediction of system behavior, in case the cycle deviates from the optimum.
