Abstract

In recent years, environmental health hazards to humans have received increased attention. Of special importance are diseases of the respiratory tract in young children, especially acute stenosing laryngotracheitis and chronic obstructive bronchitis. Apart from the meteorological conditions, the most important factors leading to obstructive bronchitis include pollutants such as, SO2, NOx, CO, dust, ozon and HC1.
