Abstract
Methylbenzene mostly called toluene is a widespread chemical, used as organic solvent, raw material and byproduct of many chemical processes, moreover it is part of automobile exhausts. Nearly 10 million tons are produced in the world every year. Since the forties there have been many investigations about the effects of toluene on human organism (DGMK 1984).
