Abstract
A machine translation system in the personal computer is presented. The system gives high performance and high quality translation. This performance is obtained by using the language C rather than LISP and efficient access method to the dictionary. High quality is due to sophisticated dictionary and elaborated grammar rules. The translation flow of dictionary driven and structure transfer is emphasized.
