Zusammenfassung
Wir befassen uns mit einem ausgewählten, unserer Ansicht nach jedoch wesentlichen Aspekt der ‘Benutzerfreundlichkeit’, den Lernanforderungen als Eigenschaft eines Rechner-Systems. Wir legen dar, daß die Beziehung zwischen der Leistung und den Eigenschaften des Systems nicht statisch ist, sondern vom Verlauf des Lernprozesses beim Benutzer abhängt. Das für die Aufgabenerfül1ung beim Benutzer vorausgesetzte Wissen umfaßt aufgaben- und werkzeugspezifische Elemente. Sowohl der Umfang wie der Erwerb dieses Wissens kann durch Gestaltung der Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstelle (MMS) optimiert werden. Theoretische Ansätze und empirische Ergebnisse werden hinsichtlich dieser Fragestellung ausgehend von einer ‘kognitiven’ Sichtweise diskutiert.
