Zusammenfassung

Am 4. November 1966 wurde Venedig von einer außerordentlichen Sturmflut heimgesucht. Der Markusplatz stand an diesem Tag mehr als einen Meter unter Wasser, eine Katastrophe, die die Aufmerksamkeit der ganzen Welt auf die wachsenden Gefahren der Stadt lenkte.
