Zusammenfassung
Infolge rezidivierender Ischämien im Strombahngebiet der A. cerebelli inferior posterior konnten wir bei einem Patienten neben typischen Krankheitssymptomen der dorsolateralen Medulla oblongata Stimmband-myoklonien beobachten, die sich im weiteren Verlauf auf die benachbarte Schiundmuskulatur ausbreiteten.
