Zusammenfassung
Bei Patienten mit akuter respiratorischer Insuffizienz (ARF), die kontrolliert beatmet wurden, konnte gezeigt werden, daß es neben einer Verschlechterung hämo dynamischer Parameter [4, 13, 14] es auch zu einer Verminderung des Urinflusses [12, 17], der Kreatinin-[16], der Insulin- [3, 17] und der PAH-Clearance [3, 17] kommen kann. Dabei steigen die Plasmaspiegel und die Exkretion von antidiuretischem Hormon an [3, 12].
