Zusammenfassung
In der Frühphase des Endotoxinschocks, im Tierexperiment also in den ersten 15–30 min, dominieren hämodynamische Veränderungen sowie Herzrhythmusstörungen [1–4]. In der Spätphase des Endotoxinschocks gewinnen dann Veränderungen der Hämostase und des Stoffwechsels stärker an Bedeutung und sind entscheidend für den Ausgang des Schocks [5–10]. Sicherlich müssen zum Verständnis der Pathogenese die Veränderungen der Hämodynamik, der Hämostase und des Stoffwechsels als ein komplexes Geschehen aufgefaßt werden, das durch Zusammenspiel und gegenseitige Beeinflussung dieser Faktoren zum Tragen kommt [11].
