Zusammenfassung
In den Kliniken, in denen offene Herzchirurgie mit Hilfe einer Herz-Lungen-Maschine betrieben wird, bestehen keine einheitlichen Kriterien für die Anwendung künstlicher Beatmung in der postoperativen Phase, so daß Häufigkeit und Indikation zur Beatmung sehr unterschiedlich sind.
