Operative Eingriffe an den verschiedenen Abschnitten des Gefäßsystems werden heute in zunehmendem Maße durchgeführt. Es ergibt sich deshalb für den Anaesthesisten die Notwendigkeit und Verpflichtung, sich mit der allgemeinen und speziellen anaesthesiologischen Problematik dieser Operationen vertraut zu machen.
