Zusammenfassung
Wettbewerb ist in der Ökonomie kein einheitlich definierter Begriff. Sowohl der Wettbewerbsprozeß als auch Wettbewerbsstruktur und Wettbewerbsfunktionen sind zwischen einzelnen volkswirtschaftlichen Schulen umstritten oder werden zumindest verschieden gewichtet. Entsprechend unterschiedlich fallen die Folgerungen aus, die wettbewerbspolitisch aus der Erfahrungskurventheorie zu ziehen sind.
