Zusammenfassung

Gefäßverletzungen sind im Kindesalter eine Rarität, dürfen aber nicht übersehen werden. Neben seltenen offenen Verletzungen stellen dislozierte Gelenkverletzung, vor allem am Ellenbogen, die häufigste Ursache dar. Intimaläsionen erfordern in der Regel einen Gefäßersatz.
