Zusammenfassung

Im Bereich des Kniegelenks können verschiedenste Verletzungen auftreten: Frakturen mit und ohne Epiphysenbeteiligung, Bandverletzungen mit und ohne knöcherne Beteiligung, reine Kniebinnenverletzungen und Patellaluxationen oder -frakturen. Die altersabhängigen Befunde, charakteristische Verletzungsmuster am Kniegelenk und die Therapie werden detailliert dargestellt und operationstechnische Hinweise gegeben.
