Zusammenfassung

Beckenfrakturen treten auch im Kindesalter auf und werden aufgrund der hohen Elastizität des Beckens teilweise unterschätzt. Die Klassifikation von Beckenfrakturen beim Kind sowie die Analogien zu der Klassifikation des Erwachsenen werden dargestellt. Die konservativen oder operativen Indikationen werden verletzungstypisch dargestellt und das jeweilige Therapiekonzept erläutert. Auch die seltenen Azetabulumfrakturen beim Kind werden beschrieben und schematisch illustriert.
