Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel umfasst die Amputationen am Fuß bis hin zur Exartikulation im oberen Sprunggelenk. Dabei werden Grenzzonenamputationen ebenso wie Resektion einzelner Strahlen dargestellt. Eigene Abschnitte sind der Amputation in Höhe der TMT-Gelenke und den transmetatarsalen Amputationen gewidmet. Die Amputation in der Chopart-Gelenkreihe und die Syme-Amputation werden im Detail dargestellt. Die Nachbehandlung wird der Amputationshöhe angepasst differenziert bei den einzelnen Verfahren besprochen.
