Zusammenfassung

Verfahren zur Behandlung von Sehnenpathologien im Bereich von Fuß und Sprunggelenk sowie Operationstechniken mit Sehneneingriffen, im Sinne von Transpositionen zur Korrektur von Fehlstellungen, werden dargestellt. Darunter der Flexor-digitorum-longus Transfer bei erworbener Plattfußdeformität und die operative Therpie von Pathologien im Bereich der Achillessehne, der Tibialis anterior Sehne sowie der Peronealsehnen. Weires werden Verlängerungseingriffe an der Achillessehne offen und gedeckt dargestellt. Ein Kapitel befasst sich mit den Operationstechniken zur Rekonstruktion des lateralen Bandapparates am oberen Sprunggelenk.
