Zusammenfassung

Mehrere Varianten der OSG-Arthrodese mit verschiedenen Zugängen und Osteosynthesen finden umfangreich Berücksichtigung. Die Grundlagen der Totalendoprothese werden dargestellt. Die Behandlung fortgeschrittener osteochondraler Läsionen mit Malleolarosteotomie und osteochondralen Grafts sowie additive supramalleoläre Umstellungsosteotomien werden detailliert angeführt. Die Rückfußarthrodesen als isolierte Verfahren und die Indikationen für deren Kombination werden im Detail beschrieben. Die Korrekturosteotomien des Kalkaneus werden als additives und isoliertes Verfahren dargestellt. Ein weiterer Abschnitt befasst sich mit der operativen Behandlung des Calcaneus altus sowie des Fersensporns bzw. der Plantarfasziitis. Weitere Abschnitte sind dem juvenilen Plattfuß mit Arthrorise mit Talus-Stopp-Schraube oder Implantat sowie der Resektion der Coalitio calcaneonavicularis mit Weichteilinterposition gewidmet. Bei jedem Verfahren wird auf die jeweilge Nachbehandlung eingegangen. Dabei werden Ruhigstellung und Belastungsschemata klar definiert.
