Zusammenfassung

Typischerweise finden sich rundliche haarlose Bezirke in Ein- oder Mehrzahl auf dem behaarten Kopf, welche konfluieren können. Das Krankheitsbild kann auch die gesamte Behaarung des Kopfes oder aber die gesamte Behaarung des Körpers umfassen. Die Haarfollikelöffnungen bleiben dabei stets erhalten. Therapeutisch kommen unter anderem Glukokortikoide, Cignolin-haltige Zubereitungen und kontaktsensibilisierende Topika zur Anwendung.
