Zusammenfassung
Die kutane Mastozytose wird durch Ansammlung von Mastzellen in der Haut hervorgerufen. Die häufigste Manifestation ist die makulopapulöse kutane Mastozytose, auch als Urticaria pigmentosa bezeichnet. Sie ist durch rotbraune Flecken oder Papeln gekennzeichnet. Solitäre Mastozytome treten ebenfalls sehr oft auf. Auch multiple papulöse und nodulöse Läsionen kommen vor; eine diffuse Variante ist sehr selten. Das klinische Bild ist zumeist typisch und ein urtikarielles Aufschwellen der Läsionen an Stellen mechanischer Reizung (Darier-Zeichen) ist pathognomonisch. Eine Hautbiopsie mit Mastzellfärbung sichert die Diagnose. Die Therapie ist rein symptomatisch und verändert den Krankheitsverlauf nicht. Sie ist auf die Beschwerden des Patienten zugeschnitten. Antihistaminika sind dabei die Basismedikamente. Die Prognose ist gut: Bei der Mehrzahl der Kinder kommt es bis ins Erwachsenenalter zu einer vollständigen Abheilung der Erkrankung.
