Zusammenfassung

Ein kleines Start-Up-Unternehmen ist innerhalb weniger Jahre zu einer mittelständischen IT-Beratung angewachsen. Dabei hat sich die Mitarbeiterzahl fast verdoppelt, und ein zweiter Unternehmensstandort wurde aufgebaut. Die Mitarbeiter sind gewohnt, in überwiegend informellen Strukturen mit kurzen Kommunikationswegen zu arbeiten, was bei der aktuellen Größe des Unternehmens nicht mehr möglich ist. Aus den strukturellen Defiziten sind Unklarheiten entstanden.
