Zusammenfassung
In der Physiotherapie ist die verbale Bewegungsanleitung und -korrektur ein weit verbreitetes Mittel. Wenn sich Therapeut und Patient über bestimmte Bewegungsabläufe verständigen wollen, übernimmt der Therapeut die Rolle des Lehrers. Seine Anweisungen müssen für den Patienten wahrnehmbare Inhalte ansprechen, damit sie auch ausgeführt werden können. Durch Instruktion und Feedback kann die Aufmerksamkeit des Lernenden auf unterschiedliche Aspekte fokussiert werden. Das Instruktionsverständnis der FBL Functional Kinetics basiert auf einem bestimmten Menschenbild sowie einer Vorstellung von menschlicher (Bewegungs-)Entwicklung, auf Mündigkeit und Autonomie, auf die Fähigkeit zur Selbstreflexion und auf Identität. Damit ist eine bestimmte Werthaltung impliziert, die auf den ganzen Menschen gerichtet ist.
