Zusammenfassung
Benigne Tumoren der Leber stellen eine heterogene Gruppe intrahepatischer Raumforderungen dar und werden zumeist zufällig im Rahmen einer abdominellen Bildgebung entdeckt (Shaked et al. 2011). Die wichtigste Differenzialdiagnose stellen die primären Malignome der Leber (hepatozelluläre Karzinome (HCC) sowie intrahepatische Gallengangkarzinome) sowie Metastasen extrahepatischer Malignome dar. Die häufigsten benignen Lebertumoren sind Adenome, fokale noduläre Hyperplasien, Hämangiome und Zysten.
