Zusammenfassung

Bei den genetischen (familiären) Hyperbilirubinämien kommt es im Rahmen einer Störung des Bilirubinstoffwechsels zu einem unterschiedlich stark ausgeprägten Ikterus (Skleren und/oder Haut). Abzugrenzen sind die familiären Hyperbilirubinämien gegenüber anderen Erkrankungen mit Ikterus (prä-, intra- und posthepatisch).
