Résumé
L’objet de cette intervention est de souligner l’émergence d’espaces de complémentarité entre les règlements de coordination (n°883/2004 et n°987/2009) et la directive n°2011/24 en ce qui concerne l’accès aux soins de santé transfrontaliers, mais aussi d’insister sur trois constats : le menu ambitieux et volontariste de la directive 2011/24, pour le moment peu réaliste, ne doit pas occulter le rôle primordial que jouent les règlements en terme d’accès aux soins transfrontaliers.
