Abstract

Where any building, structure or facility, or any object that is stored therein or attached thereto drops or falls down, causing damage to another person, if the owner, manager, or user cannot prove that he is not at fault, he shall assume tortious liability. After providing compensation, the owner, manager, or user is entitled to seek reimbursement from other liable persons.
