Abstract
If a person with limited or no civil capacity causes any damage to other persons, the guardian shall assume the tort liability. If the guardian has fulfilled his duty of care, his tort liability may be mitigated.
If a person, who owns property, with limited or no civil conduct capacity, causes any damage to another, the compensations shall be paid out of his property. The guardian shall make up any shortfall in compensations.
