Zusammenfassung
Culture matters – aber wie? Organisationskultur gilt vermeintlich als „soft factor“ einer Organisation und ist in der Realität einer der „härtesten Faktoren“ des Unternehmenserfolges. Das Phänomen Organisationskultur ist vielschichtig, komplex zu beschreiben, hat Einfluss auf den Wert eines Unternehmens und prägt das Verhalten von Mitarbeitenden genauso wie diese die Kultur einer Organisation definieren und vermitteln. Auf der Basis vornehmlich wissenschaftlicher Literatur wird das Phänomen Organisationskultur eingefangen und verschiedene Facetten der Beschreibung, Analyse und Gestaltung von Organisationskultur beleuchtet. Es werden verschiedene Arten von Organisationskultur skizziert und deren Beitrag zum Erfolg einer Organisation diskutiert. Im Text werden verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Verständnis einer Organisationskultur, zur Organisationsdiagnose vorgestellt sowie Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und Vorgehensweisen aufgezeigt.
