Zusammenfassung
Eine effiziente BIM basierte Zusammenarbeit zwischen Experten verschiedener Disziplinen erfordert die Bereitstellung geeigneter Modellauschnitte, sog. Modellsichten, die den spezifischen Informationsbedarf der beteiligten Akteure erfüllen und einen verlustfreien Datenaustausch ermöglichen. Diese Modellsichten repräsentieren spezifische Teilmengen des Bauwerksinformationsmodells, BIM. Sie weisen aufgrund der heterogenen Strukturen und unterschiedlichen Fachbereiche des Bauwesens sowie den umfangreichen und komplexen Datenmengen eine sehr hohe semantische und strukturelle Vielfalt auf. Um diese Modellsichten für die Vielzahl von Anforderungssituationen bereitstellen zu können, bedarf es flexibler und mächtiger Methoden zur Abfrage und Filterung von Bauwerksinformationsmodellen. Diese sollten auf einem einheitlichen Konzept basieren und für verschiedene Anwendungen geeignet sein. Hierfür wird das Konzept eines generischen Filterframeworks vorgestellt. Es schafft die konzeptionelle Grundlage für die vielfältigen Methoden, die eine konsistente Erzeugung der Modellsichten für zahlreiche Anforderungssituationen ermöglichen sollen. Das Konzept des generischen Filterframeworks bildet die Grundlage für die entwickelte modulare BIM Filtertoolbox, aus der Filter für die verschiedensten Aufgaben semiautomatisch generiert werden können.
