Zusammenfassung

Diagnose und Therapie der funktionellen Störungen des distalen Radioulnargelenks (DRUG) konnten in den letzten Jahren dank der rasanten medizinisch-technischen Entwicklungen, insbesondere im Bereiche der hochauf lösende Weichteildarstellung durch die Magnetresonanztomografie (MRT) und durch den erweiterten Einsatz der Handgelenkarthroskopie, erleichtert und verbessert werden.
