Abstract

In this paper, we propose a new validation approach for network selection access. The proposed approach is able to deal with the inconsistent ranking outcomes problem of the multi attribute decision making (MADM) methods by using the group MADM. Thus, we aim to select the appropriate weighting algorithm which can be combined with the ranking algorithm based on Mahalanobis distance. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of our new validation approach for background traffic and streaming traffic.
