Abstract

Products consumed materials and energy and generate a lot of waste of resources, and impact on the environment in manufacturing process. This paper based on the dynamic characteristics of material and energy flow, established the dynamic flow diagram of material and energy for the manufacturing system. Combined with the theory of system dynamics modeling, the causal loop diagram and flow chart of each variable for the mechanical manufacturing system is established, and the related mathematical equation are set up. The relationship is created between the material and energy consumption and environment impact in manufacturing process.
