Abstract
To create a framework for right quality that enables full transparency about the quality of products and alignment of risks with the business needs of the enterprise means to implement a holistic and integrated quality approach. In our view, this approach must be both product and process oriented. Our framework for enabling right quality accompanies organisations on their journey from relying completely on people acting individually to a highly efficient and profitable Quality Services Factory characterised by an adequate degree of industrialisation of quality engineering.
