Research on Relationships between Response Implementation Activities in Multiple Emergencies Based on Instantiated Knowledge Element

Abstract

Emergencies often accompanied by derivative and secondary disasters. In order to better response and dispose multiple disasters, give the attributes of knowledge elements assignment to obtain instantiated activity knowledge elements according to the characteristic of activity knowledge elements. Then analyze the relationship among each attribute to identify that of implementation in multiple emergencies. Induce this relationship and express it by a formalized mathematical logical symbol. Thus provide a method for emergency managers in emergency response and a basis for process integration of multiple emergencies.
