Abstract

This paper proposes a new system approach called at “(Tong)Xueli-(Xiao)Renli-(Zhi)Wuli-(Xing)Shili”, establishing industry technology road-mapping system emergence model based on this new approach, trying to improve and develop. Wuli-shili-renli system approach proposed by Gujifa, an excellent outcome emerges when used in industry technology road-mapping based on this new system approach.
