Abstract

At the moment, infrared thermography is again looking for application possibilities in various areas of medicine as indicated by a growing number of publications in different available databases such as e.g. PubMed, Medline and so on. This is occurring because of the technological and material progress in the production of sensor parts of the cameras, improving basic parameters and thermographic technique such as geometric and thermal differentiation, sensitivitiy, thermal range and the like.
