Abstract

The conjunctival stromal contains various tissue elements such as vascular, fibrous, and neural; naturally, benign and malignant tumors may originate from these types of tissue. However, conjunctival stromal tumors are rare. This chapter describes the salient features of conjunctival stromal tumors according to their tissue of origin.
