Kolposkopie in der Praxis

Zusammenfassung

Die Zytologie ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Zervixdiagnostik. Ebenso anerkannt ist die Biopsieentnahme als Teil der kolposkopischen Triage. Welche Bedeutung den HPVTestverfahren zukommt, wird hingegen kontrovers diskutiert. Unabdingbar für die Kolposkopie sind Kenntnisse der Morphologie und der molekularbiologischen Verfahren, die im Folgenden dargestellt werden.
