Zusammenfassung
Verschiedene Erreger können in der Schwangerschaft einen unterschiedlichen Einfluss auf Mutter und Kind nehmen. Manche Erkrankungen gehen mit einem geringen Krankheitswert für die werdende Mutter einher, können aber relevante Folgen für das ungeborene Kind haben. Wieder andere Infektionen beeinträchtigen den Allgemeinzustand der Schwangeren stark, die Infektion geht aber nicht auf den Fetus über. Darüber hinaus kann auch der Infektionszeitpunkt ganz entscheidend für die Auswirkung auf das Kind sein. Tab. 36.1 gibt einen Überblick über mögliche Infektionen und ihre Folgen für das Kind, in Abhängigkeit vom Infektionszeitpunkt.
