Die Patientin mit chronisch entzündlicher Darmerkrankung

Zusammenfassung

Zu den chronisch entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen gehören der Morbus Crohn und die Colitis ulcerosa . Die Inzidenz für Morbus Crohn liegt in Mitteleuropa bei 5,2–8,6 pro 100.000 Einwohner, für Colitis ulcerosa bei 3,0–3,9 pro 100.000 Einwohner. Die höchste altersspezifische Inzidenz in Europa liegt für Morbus Crohn bei den 15- bis 34-Jährigen, für Colitis ulcerosa bei den16- bis 25-Jährigen (Dignass et al. 2011, Hoffman et al. 2008). Somit sind viele junge Menschen im gebärfähigen Alter von chronisch entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen (CED) betroffen.
