Zusammenfassung

Die seltene angeborene Anomalie des Pankreas führt zu einer Stenose des Duodenums mit klinischer Symptomatik. Bereits im Säuglingsalter können Beschwerden wie galliges Erbrechen und Nahrungsintoleranz auftreten. Beim Erwachsenen können dyspeptische Symptome bis hin zu einer Magenentleerungsstörung führend sein. Die Diagnose wird endoskopisch gestellt und radiologisch bestätigt. Die chirurgische Sanierung ist die gebotene Therapie.
