Zusammenfassung
PNF-Behandlungsverfahren (Behandlungsprinzipien) ermöglichen dem Therapeuten, durch ihren gezielten Einsatz dem Patienten zu einer effektiveren motorischen Aktivität und dadurch zu einer besseren Voraussetzung für eine möglichst effiziente Funktionsfähigkeit zu verhelfen. Diese Effektivität lässt sich auch ohne bewusste Mithilfe des Patienten erreichen.
