Zusammenfassung
Auf der Matte können Übungen ausgeführt werden, die beim Patienten Stabilität oder Mobilität voraussetzen. Die Variationsmöglichkeiten erstrecken sich von einfachen Übungen, z. B. unilateralen Schulterblattpatterns, bis hin zu komplexen Bewegungsabläufen, die Stabilität und Mobilität gleichzeitig erfordern. Dazu gehören Bewegungen wie Kriechen oder Gehen auf den Knien.
