In unserer Evolution hat sich die Fähigkeit entwickelt, Vermutungen über die Gedanken und Gefühle anderer anzustellen. Dies führte zu der falschen Vorstellung, Körper und Geist seien völlig getrennte Gebilde. So konnte es zu dem religiösen Glauben an ein Leben nach dem Tod kommen.
