Abstract
It has been shown that the notion of passivity plays an important role in the analysis and design of linear and nonlinear systems, especially for high-order systems, and thus the passivity analysis approach has been used for a long time to deal with the control problems for some kinds of systems, see for instance, [12, 40, 75, 79, 155, 172, 190], and the references therein.
