Zusammenfassung

Die bisherigen wissenschaftlichen Studienerkenntnisse zu Trauerinterventionen können gute Empfehlungen geben, für welche Trauergruppen eine psychotherapeutische Intervention indiziert ist und welche Therapieangebote wirksam sind. Im folgenden Kapitel wird eine Beschreibung und Anleitung für die Planung und Durchführung der einzelnen Schritte gegeben. Ein Teil der Therapiematerialien basiert auf der Grundlage der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie, andere Therapiebausteine wurden aus der Gestalttherapie heraus entwickelt oder dienen der Reorganisation der Beziehung zur verstorbenen Person.
