Zusammenfassung
Muskuläre Synergien können auf vielfältige Weise beeinflusst werden. Eine wichtige Feedback-Technik in der Akrodynamischen Therapie zur Stimulation von Muskulatur sind die proprio- und exterozeptiven Reizsetzungen. Der kinästhetische Kanal spielt beim motorischen Lernen eine nicht unwesentliche Rolle, da er dem ZNS wichtige Informationen über die Gelenk-, Gewebs- und Muskelsituation übermittelt und besonders für die Bewegungskontrolle eine zentrale Aufgabe übernimmt. Nachstehend werden die bekannten Rezeptoren charakterisiert und deren Einfluss auf das Bewegungssystem dargestellt. Von den Propriozeptoren sind besonders die Muskelspindeln, die Golgi-Rezeptoren und die Gelenkrezeptoren von Bedeutung, während bei den Exterozeptoren der Einfluss des protopathischen und epikritischen Systems dargestellt wird.
