Zusammenfassung
Bewegung ist Teil eines motorischen Handlungsprozesses, der im Wesentlichen durch unsere Umwelt gesteuert wird. Bei motorischen Handlungen spielen unsere Wahrnehmungssysteme eine entscheidende Rolle, da sie ein Abbild unserer Umwelt schaffen und entscheidend an unserem motorischen Verhalten in unterschiedlichen Lebensräumen beteiligt sind. Durch Rückgriff auf abstrahierte Efferenzkopien, die mit aktuellen sensorischen Informationen versorgt werden, entstehen komplexe Bewegungsstrategien, die durch Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Mustergeneratoren zusätzliche Variationsmöglichkeiten erfahren. Trotz aller Komplexität lässt sich die menschliche Motorik dennoch auf grundsätzliche Bewegungstypen herunterbrechen, die schwerpunktmäßig auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen des ZNS geregelt werden. Diese unterschiedlichen Bewegungstypen erfordern unterschiedliche Lernstrategien und therapeutische Interventionen bzw. Akzentuierungen in der Feinstabstimmung von muskulären Synergien, die unseren Haltungshintergrund bestimmen.
