Zusammenfassung
Die Akrodynamische Therapie orientiert sich im Wesentlichen an motorikgenerierenden Prozessen. Die Neurophysiologie, besonders die sensomotorischen Regelkreise bestimmen hierbei die akrodynamischen Therapiestrategien. Für die Handlungsstrategie sind nicht die Störungsbilder an sich, sondern das kinesiologische Problem entscheidend, das dem jeweiligen Störungsbild des Patienten zugrunde liegt. Der therapeutische Zugang liegt zunächst im neuro-muskuloskeletalen Bereich, da die Haltung alle relevanten Komponenten der menschlichen Physiologie in sich vereint. Der Bahnungs- bzw. motorische Lernerfolg wird gewährleistet, wenn die weiterführende, selbständige Verwendung der Übungen durch den Patienten möglich ist. Dies geschieht über die Manifestierung der grundlegenden motorischen Bewegungsmuster, die in der Individualtherapie erarbeitet werden. Dies ist die große Herausforderung in der Umsetzung der ADT bei kinesiologischen Problemstellungen in den physiotherapeutischen Handlungsfeldern.
