Zusammenfassung
Desorientierte, delirante, verwirrte Patienten stellen in der Notfallsituation eine große Herausforderung dar, da bei ihnen eine akute Gefährdung, eine somatisch akute Erkrankung und die Ursache für den deliranten Zustand abgeklärt werden muss, die Kommunikationsfähigkeit des Patienten eingeschränkt oder aufgehoben ist und gleichzeitig nicht selten die Patienten auch aggressiv sein können.
